OK....Just a warning....this is a venter!!!!
So, when we bought our house, we added on a fence to the cost. We were told that we would have a fence by March....the weather was bad so it's understandable that there was no way a fence would be in. April we called and we were promised a fence by the end if that month. The 30th rolled around....NO FENCE....I was getting ticked so I called for about the third or fourth time. FINALLY some guys came in and put in posts.....
Posts are all we've had for THREE WEEKS. We have been calling every week and keep getting the run around; People telling us we will get a call back abd never do, people telling us we will get a fence by a certain day and that day passes and....NO FENCE...the latest news is that we were promised a fence by this last Tuesday and.....you guessed it!!! NO FENCE!!! Eric called ysterday with no answers given and I called today about an hour ago and I am just waiting for a response....don't worry...I'm not holding my breath....

Oh my gosh. Who is building your fence? Do you have to go through them or can you go with someone else?
That's terrible and bad customer service. Can you make the Fence Company pay for you fence? I would be so angry too! Especially since you bought a dog.
So frustrating! I swear once they have your money you are last priority! Good Luck! You should find out who the owner is and bug him at home! Guaranteed it will get done!
I would have to agree with the comment by Miranda, once they have your money you are last priority. Sorry to hear you are having such difficulties with this...but keep bugging them. If you can, try to talk to the supervisor or even his boss. That is what I had to do when we bought our home in California and three of our windows were missing screens, and our smoke alarms kept going off all night long. Good luck.
So, have they been yet? I hate when people tell you they're going to do something so you wait around for them and they don't turn up, it's so frustrating! Well I hope it all gets finished soon, having a fence is great because they can play outside and you don't have to worry about them getting away.
